Thinking about body and movement: somatic ancestors of the Flymoon® Method / Pensamento sobre corpo e movimento: ancestrais somáticos do Método Flymoon®

I often say that Flymoon® is a baby method. It is a "baby" in the family of Somatic Education, which has well-known ancestors around the world, such as Feldenkrais, Alexander and Ida Rolf. Some lesser known like Elsa Gindler, Lyli Ehnrenfried and Mabel Todd. And some relatives not always recognized in this family, like Joseph Pilates. In any case, these are just some of the many inventors of methods with a hundred years of existence (or nearly so), who helped and fed - directly or indirectly - Training in Flymoon®, which is the result of the maturing of years of work systematized since 2006, when the 8-hour workshop began to be held and was basically ruled on the execution of exercises.
The Training in Flymoon® lasts 3 whole days, 24 hours (the workload has tripled) and the participants approved on the certification exam are able to develop lessons and conditioning programs with the Flymoon® for their customers, as well as developing educational and creative skills, and still have the chance to get in touch with the concept of Poetic Instability - intrinsic philosophy to this work.

In this course it is included a content about balance, proprioception and postural control, highly relevant issues in the application of the Flymoon® method, in addition to a broadened and deepened repertoire.
